摘要: There is a considerable interest in the application of molecular genetics technologies form specific DNA markers that are associated with various productivity traits to promote more efficient and relatively easy selection breeding farm animals an advantage for inheritable production reproduction. River buffalo species great economic potential, especially developing countries; it main source meat milk Egypt. This study aimed detect genetic polymorphism three genes; follicle-stimulating hormone receptor (FSHR), luteinizing (LHR) estrogen receptor-α (ERα) genes which considered candidate fertility reproduction performances. The detection these Egyptian buffaloes will enable us identify subsequently select high performances- depending on markers- programs. Genomic extracted from 100 healthy female was amplified using primers were designed cattle FSHR, LHR ERα gene sequences. fragments FSHR (306-bp), (303-bp) (248-bp) digested AluI, HhaI BglI restriction enzymes, respectively. results showed all tested genotyped as CC TT LHR. Regarding gene, 18% investigated genotypes heterozygous AG remaining (82%) GG. To best our knowledge, this first published data characterization nucleotide sequences buffalo. FSHRC, LHRT, ERαG ERαA alleles submitted database NCBI/ Bankit/GenBank have accession numbers JX049145, JQ885687, JQ308795 JQ308796,
