摘要: Introduction In the last few years, great interest has been focused on tissue engineering as a potential therapeutic approach for musculoskeletal diseases. The role of metallic implants spinal fusion tested in preclinical and clinical settings. Titanium tantalum have excellent biocompatibility mechanical properties are being used this situation. On other hand, mesenchymal stem cells (MSC) is extensively explored their multilineage differentiation into osteoblasts.
