摘要: It has been found that appropriate probiotic applications increased growth performance and disease resistance in shrimp. Bacillus subtilis suggested as a potent improving enhancing immune response white shrimp, Litopenaeus vannamei. The aim of this work was to evaluate the possible effect B. administration on meat fatty acid profile L. Two groups shrimps received strains L10 G1 from subtilis-supplemented feed (105 108 CFU g-1) while two other it rearing water ml-1). One group no served control. According results, there significant difference between muscle profiles administrated by control group. This study showed administration, either diets or water, did not have any negative vannamei meat.
