摘要: Psychiatric trainees and educators alike know that significant impairment may occur during training. Although psychiatry programs can do much to identify, treat, prevent traineee impairment, barriers hinder from adequately addressing the problems of impaired trainee continue exist. These include stigmatization rejection trainee, lack focus on primary prevention, problematic supervisor-resident relationships, resistance intervention. An atmosphere candor support, impairment-related seminars, informed alert supervisors be helpful in easing stress training reducing impairment.
