摘要: An intensive survey of the residents at one psychiatric training center revealed their views on a variety personal and professional issues not previously studied in literature. The authors investigated residents' achievement levels, needs, satisfaction with training, difficulty formulating goals, attitudes toward house staff organization (HSO), opinions various social issues.
