Factors Determining Satisfaction in Psychiatry Training in Israel

摘要: The authors aim to identify the most important factors for Israeli residents in determining their satisfaction with psychiatric training programs and compare findings similar U.S. data. One hundred sixty were asked complete a 40-item questionnaire indicating relative importance of these items on five-point Likert scale.
