摘要: The authors aim to identify the most important factors for Israeli residents in determining their satisfaction with psychiatric training programs and compare findings similar U.S. data. One hundred sixty were asked complete a 40-item questionnaire indicating relative importance of these items on five-point Likert scale. A total 100 from 15 completed survey. composed list 10 residents’ training. “Quality supervision” “respect faculty residents” this list. These ranked significantly higher than all rest items. identified some significant differences between subgroups residents, namely international medical graduates. was found be very published residents. Program directors should consider resident satisfaction, especially domains educational opportunities ambiance, when attempting improve programs.
