摘要: Olive oil compounds is a dynamic research area because Mediterranean diet has been shown to protect against cardiovascular disease and cancer. leaves, an easily available natural material of low cost, share possibly similar wealth health benefiting bioactive phytochemicals. In this work, we investigated the antioxidant potency antiproliferative activity cancer endothelial cells water methanol olive leaves extracts analyzed their content in phytochemicals using LC-MS LC-UV-SPE-NMR hyphenated techniques. Olive-leaf crude were found inhibit cell proliferation human breast adenocarcinoma (MCF-7), urinary bladder carcinoma (T-24) bovine brain capillary (BBCE). The dominant compound was oleuropein; phenols flavonoids also identified. These demonstrated strong inhibited at micromolar concentrations, which significant considering high abundance fruits vegetables. lines used study for first time.
