Living Related Donation in Lung Transplantation

摘要: Lung transplantation has become an established rescue therapy for patients with end-stage disease. The major problem, however, is the shortage of organ donors. Living related donation been successful in kidney and liver and, recently, lobar lung as well. main ethical dilemma whether we should risk a parent family member order to save child or relative. This can be taken extreme case which pneumonectomy from live donor patient who need single transplantation, procedure that not yet performed, although technically feasible. We discuss aspects such perspectives donor, recipient, medical team.
