摘要: The evaluation of microRNA profiles has represented one the first approaches to investigate aberrant expression in different human cancers, providing experimental evidence involvement these small noncoding RNAs tumorigenic process. Currently, and other methods have been applied search new molecular biomarkers diagnosis, prognosis, response therapy prediction. Here, we described approach used for determination a miRNA signature unique ovarian cancer, performing large-scale screening using custom-made microarray platform, then validating obtained data by Northern blot or real-time PCR.
