摘要: We demonstrate the possibility to tune tunneling probability between an array of self- assembled quantum dots and a two-dimensional electron gas (2DEG) by changing energy imbalance dot states 2DEG. Contrary expectation from Fowler-Nordheim tunneling, rate decreases with increasing injection energy. This can be explained momentum mismatch Fermi-circle in Our findings matching as useful mechanism (in addition conservation, density states, transmission probability) electrically control charge transfer reservoir.
