摘要: Ninety-four children consecutively admitted to the hospital between January 1980 and December 1982 with their first febrile convulsion (FC) were studied assess influence of degree pyrexia on recurrence rate FC.Thirty-eight sixty-three 6 18 months age (the peak incidence FC) fever above 40°C almost seven times less likely have subsequent convulsions fever, than those whose initial was associated a lower pyrexia. It is suggested that factor influences FC. This may explain why some reduced frequency FC compared others who appear be at comparable risk.
