摘要: Epidermal growth factor (EGF) receptors can be spontaneously and selectively transferred from donor plasma membranes to recipient receptorless fibroblasts in the absence of any added fusogenic agent. Studies on time temperature dependence this transfer indicate that it is due preferential insertion EGF receptor over other membrane proteins. The inserted exceptionally stable dissociation or damage. number increased with increasing amounts then reached a plateau, which also suggests existence saturable 'docking' sites cells. It interesting both human murine are into mutant mouse cell membrane. This parts molecule responsible for similar receptors, present cells may accept receptors.
