摘要: Priming to Ag can inhibit subsequent induction of an immune response a new epitope incorporated into that Ag, phenomenon referred as original antigenic sin. In this study, we show prior immunity virus capsid the IFN-gamma effector T cell novel CD8-restricted associated with capsid. Inhibition does not involve Ab capsid, it is observed in animals lacking B cells. virus-specific responses are required, priming without CTL inhibition. However, IL-10(-/-) mice, contrast IL-10(+/+) generate CD8 and epitopes even when has resulted high titer Furthermore, capsid-primed unable mount protein, nevertheless able respond same delivered independently Thus, inhibition responsiveness virus-primed animal consequence secretion IL-10 presented which inhibits local generation IFN-gamma-secreting Induction virus- or tumor Ag-specific cells partially Ag-primed host may thus be facilitated by neutralization IL-10.
