摘要: The presence of pathogens and the number pathogenic bacteria that may be present in wastewater biosolids are a function disease morbidity community from which waste materials derived degree treatment received. Representative genera bacterial found domestic sludge include Salmonella, Shigella, Vibrio, Escherichia, Campylobacter, Yersinia. Due to difficulties isolation detection sludges, use surrogate (indicator) has been standard practice water quality monitoring. Most available literature reported experience sphere have directed towards enumeration salmonellae. Environmental samples also centrifuged concentrate into pellet, pelleted cells then lysed silica-guanidinium thiocyanate lysis buffer, followed by several washing steps. These crude extracts shown sufficient add directly PCR amplification. Recently, magnetic capture beads employed wide variety clinical, food, environmental applications for recovery target nucleic acids subsequently amplified PCR. There myriad ranging huge diversity microorganisms involved considerable methodological approaches one can pursue.
