摘要: This study examined the adhesive interactions of peripheral blood NK cells with P- and E-selectin analyzed effect IL-12 on binding to these selectins. P-selectin glycoprotein ligand-1 (PSGL-1) is expressed most resting IL-12-activated cells. However, percentage bound P-selectin-IgG was 15%, that activated 65%. Furthermore, number P-selectin-transfected Chinese hamster ovary significantly higher than under flow conditions. These were abolished by incubation anti-PSGL-1 (PL-1) mAb. Thus, PSGL-1/P-selectin interaction important in P-selectin. express sialyl-Lewisx (sLex) structure recognized anti-sLex mAb (KM-93), activation increased mean fluorescence intensity KM-93-reactive Adhesion E-selectin-transfected stronger reduced markedly sLex major ligand for E-selectin. findings indicate stimulation promotes their adhesion activity endothelial
