摘要: PURPOSE To evaluate visual quality differences among intraocular lenses (IOLs) in patients with previous hyperopic laser ablations and to assess the impact of decentration tilt IOLs on quality. METHODS An adaptive optics simulator was used simulate wavefront aberration pattern one aberration-correcting IOL (AcrySof IQ SN60WF, Alcon Laboratories Inc) two spherical different amounts positive (Akreos Adapt [Bausch & Lomb] Triplato [AJL Ophthalmic]) five situations-centered, 0.2 mm 0.4 decentration, 2° 4° tilt-in groups: simulated low corneal ablation (low hyperopia group) high (high group). Monocular distance acuity at 100%, 50%, 10% contrast were measured. RESULTS Ten eyes evaluated. When centered, all obtained comparable results for group, whereas Akreos AcrySof SN60WF showed better than Triplato. misaligned, best most critical situation decentration. For misalignments decreased a higher amount group. CONCLUSIONS Our suggest that studied offer good when they are centered both groups. However, monofocal have an function ablations. these patients, is robust misalignments.
