摘要: We demonstrate the power of time-resolved small-angle neutron scattering experiments for investigation structure and structural reorganizations multilamellar photosynthetic membranes. In addition to briefly summarizing our results on thylakoid membranes isolated from higher plants in unicellular organisms, we discuss advantages technical methodological limitations SANS. present a detailed more systematical kinetics light-induced spinach membranes, which show how changes repeat distance long-range order can be followed with time resolution seconds. also data comparative measurements performed tobacco.
