摘要: Although processing of the hepatitis C virus (HCV) polyprotein and characterization each its viral proteins have been described in detail, analysis structure assembly HCV particles has hampered by lack a robust cell culture system to support efficient replication HCV. In this study, we generated HCV-like (HCV-LP) using recombinant baculovirus encoding structural part non-structural human hepatoma line. The HCV-LP exhibited buoyant density 1.17 g/ml CsCl equilibrium gradient 40 50 nm diameter. Binding cells was partially inhibited treatment with anti-hCD81 antibody, contrast hCD81-independent binding produced insect cells. These results indicate that different types exhibit cellular tropism for target
