摘要: In vitro shoot multiplication of cucumber ( Cucumis sativus ) was examined from the nodal explants 10-day-old aseptic plantlets using Murashige and Skoog (MS) media supplemented with different concentration (0, 0.5, 1, 2, 3 mg L -1 cytokinins (6-Benzylaminopurine-BAP, Kinetin-Kn, Thidiazuron-TDZ, Zeatin). Nodal showed induction in response to all tried. MS medium containing Kn most effective for inducing shoots cucumber. The maximum rate regeneration (83%), highest number obtained (7.93 shoots/explant) longest (3.61 cm) were on fortified 1 Kn. lowest culture responses recorded either BAP or Zeatin. conclusion, is strongly recommended than Zeatin, TDZ obtain percentage regeneration, shoot/explant, length
