摘要: Abstract A highly sensitive ZnO–TiO2 based thick film volatile organic compound (VOC) sensor had been developed. TiO2 was mixed in ZnO various weight percentage (0%, 1%, 5% and 10%). The X-ray diffraction (XRD) analysis of mixtures sintered at 650 °C for 2 h revealed the appearance Zn2TiO4 phase, whereas surface morphological studies films on mixture indicated that average grain size increased with addition a small amount then decreased higher level. It observed sensitivity greatly increasing content TiO2. When sensors operated operating temperature 370 °C, their quasi-linearly concentration alcohol acetone, but to benzene, toluene xylene rapidly lower range slowly range. showed rapid response–recovery time response recovery around 10 5 s, respectively, >320 °C.
