摘要: A long-distance runner has run approximately 320 km (Rorschach-Vevey) with almost 7000 meters of difference in altitude within 54 hours cold environment. 15 000 kcal were taken and more than 18000 consumed which resulted a body weight loss 0.400 kg, muscle mass was reduced by 1.020 kg fat 0.300 kg.
