摘要: The successful analysis of weak biological stains by means highly sensitive short tandem repeat (STR) amplification has been increased significantly over the recent years. Nevertheless, percentage reliably analysable samples varies considerably between different crime scene investigations even if nature appears to be same. It proposed that amount and quality DNA left at a may due individual skin conditions (among other factors). Therefore, we investigated from handprints 30 patients acutely suffering diseases like atopic dermatitis, psoriasis or ulcer before after therapy STR using new Powerplex® ESX17 kit in comparison 22 healthy controls. Handprints dermatitis showed correct reliable profile 90% 40% therapy, respectively. Regarding patients, detected full profiles only 64% 55% therapy. In contrast, ulcus controls, were obtained much lower numbers. We conclude active have considerable impact on amplificable contact with surfaces. Since up 7% adults European countries suffer one these diseases, this could explain least partially varying stains.
