摘要: Expert opinion regarding experience with the management and complications of pediatric anterior cruciate ligament (ACL) injuries was studied by surveying members The Herodicus Society ACL Study Group. There large practice variation in initial reconstruction technique. were 15 reported cases growth disturbance: 8 distal femoral valgus deformity arrest lateral physis, 3 tibial recurvatum tubercle apophysis, 2 genu valgum without arrest, leg length discrepancy. Associated factors included fixation hardware across physis cases, bone plugs a patellar tendon graft (12 mm) tunnels apophysis extra-articular tenodesis over-the-top position 1 case. Based on this experience, we recommend guarded approach to skeletally immature patient careful attention technique follow-up.
