摘要: Abstract A series of single-phase Eu 3+ , Tb Bi co-doped LaPO 4 phosphors were synthesized by solid-state reaction at 800 °C. Crystal structures the investigated X-ray diffraction (XRD). monoclinic phase was confirmed. The excitation (PLE) and emission (PL) spectra showed that could emit red light centered 591 nm under 392 nm excitation, which is in good agreement with wavelength from near-ultraviolet (n-UV) LED chip (370–410 nm). results PLE PL indicated enhance fluorescent intensities excited reach to a maximum value when doping molar concentration about 2.0% 2.0%, respectively. co-doping ions can strengthen absorption near UV region. They also be efficient sensitize indicating energy transfer occurs ions. From further investigation it found induce reassignment between 5 D 0 – 7 F 1 2 these phosphors, result more assignment :Eu . Our research displayed La 0.94 PO 0.02 new one provide potential red-emitting phosphor for UV-based white LED.
