Synthesis and luminescent properties of KLa1-x-y(MoO4)2-z(WO4)z:xEu3+, yDy3+ phosphors for WLEDs

摘要: A series of Dy3+ or/and Eu3+ co-doped KLa(MoO4)2−z(WO4)z phosphors were prepared by a solid state reaction. The as-prepared samples characterized X-ray diffraction, field emission scanning electronic microscope, Raman spectra and photoluminescence spectra. results indicated that the had monoclinic structure KLa(MoO4)2 both tungstate molybdate, show irregular polyhedron. optimal reaction temperature time for synthesizing KLa(MoO4)1.5(WO4)0.5:Eu3+ 900 °C 4 h, respectively. doping concentrations WO42−, Eu3+, about 50, 17 5 mol%, could be excited near-UV chips (394 nm) blue (465 nm), emit red light at 618 nm. doped KLa(MoO4)1.5(WO4)0.5 also (389 yellow due to 4F9/2→6H13/2 transition Dy3+. It was found intensity decreased declined with increasing concentration energy transfer from Eu3+. Moreover, chromaticity color coordinates single-doped close red, green white region, All this kind exhibited great potential application in diodes.
