摘要: Cocaine is one of the most commonly misused stimulant which could influence central nervous system. In this study, a fluorescent aptamer-based sensor (aptasensor) was designed for sensitive and selective detection cocaine, based on hairpin structure complementary strand aptamer (CS), target-induced release (Apt) from CS two kinds nanoparticles, including silica nanoparticles (SNPs) coated with streptavidin gold (AuNPs). The aptasensor acquires characteristics AuNPs such as unique optical properties large surface area, SNPs amplifiers fluorescence intensity, higher affinity Apt toward its target relative to CS, finally that brings fluorophore (FAM) close proximity SNPs. absence FAM in AuNPs, resulting weak emission. presence target, comes because formation leading very strong fabricated exhibited good selectivity cocaine limit (LOD) low 209 pM. Moreover, successfully utilized detect serum LOD 293
