摘要: The cause of chronic fatigue syndrome (CFS) is unknown. With respect to factors perpetuating fatigue, on the other hand, a model has been postulated in literature which behavioral, cognitive, and affective play role fatigue. In present study, this hypothesized was tested patients with CFS fatigued multiple sclerosis (MS). formulated terms cause-and-effect relationships an integral test performed by statistical technique, "structural equation modeling," 51 50 matched for age, gender, education. Attributing complaints somatic produced low levels physical activity, turn had causal effect severity. Depression be deleted from model. Sense control over symptoms focusing bodily each direct showed excellent fit patients, but rejected MS patients. Therefore, new developed sense model, no relationship found between state as measured Expanded Disability Status Score (EDSS) or functional impairment. study shows that cognitive behavioral are involved persistence Treatment should directed at these factors. processes subjective experience were different related MS.
