摘要: Dissolved organic carbon (DOC) and nitrogen (DON) have been hypothesized to play a central role in nutrient cycling agricultural soils. The aim of this study was investigate the annual dynamics DOC DON Greek vineyard soil assess potential supplying N vines. Our results indicated that significant quantities existed throughout year peaks concentration appeared correlate with discrete agronomic events (e.g. onset irrigation plowing). Both field laboratory experiments showed free amino acids were rapidly mineralized consequently represented only small proportion soil's total soluble N. Due rapid nitrification solution dominated by NO3−. Based upon calculation plant-soil budget previous studies on uptake Vitis vinifera L., it is likely does not directly supply amounts plant. As limited we hypothesize are used microbial community more as source C rather than While conclude constitutes pool soils further work required chemically characterize its constituent units their relative bioavailability so overall can be determined.
