摘要: Concentrating urine is mandatory for most mammals to prevent water loss from the body. Concentrated produced in response vasopressin by transepithelial recovery of lumen kidney collecting tubule through highly water-permeable membranes. In this nephron segment, regulates permeability endo- and exocytosis channels or apical membrane. CHIP28 a channel red blood cells proximal tubule, but it not expressed tubule. Here we report cloning complementary DNA WCH-CD, membrane WCH-CD 42% identical amino-acid sequence CHIP28. transcripts are detected only kidney. Immunohistochemically, localized region cells. Expression Xenopus oocytes markedly increases osmotic permeability. The functional expression limited localization suggest that vasopressin-regulated channel.
