摘要: Objectives To determine the prevalence and severity of neuropathic pain, sudomotor dysfunction abnormal vibration perception in patients with MS. Methods 73 MS 32 age-matched healthy controls underwent assessment expanded disability score (EDSS), DN4 to assess electrochemical skin conductance (ESC) function threshold (VPT). Results Patients had a higher (p < 0.001) 14% fulfilling criteria for pain elevated VPT lower ESC on feet hands compared control participants. (32% patients) (30% were lower, (77% (64% greater than 2SD values, respectively. EDSS correlated number relapses (r = 0.564, p 0.001), –0.457, –0.268, 0.023). Conclusions multiple sclerosis have evidence perception, which associated neurological from MS.
