摘要: We used real-time LDI to study regional variations in microcirculatory perfusion healthy candidates establish a new methodology for global body mapping that is based on intra-individual index ratios. Our included 74 (37 female) volunteers aged between 22 and 30 years (mean 24.49). Imaging was performed using recent microcirculation-imaging camera (EasyLDI) different regions of each volunteer. The values were reported Arbitrary Perfusion Units (APU). relative indexes candidate's region then obtained by normalization with the value forehead. Basic parameters such as weight, height, blood pressure also measured analyzed. highest mean forehead area (259.21APU). Mean parts correlated positively value, while there no significant correlation room temperature, BMI, systolic diastolic (p=0.420, 0.623, 0.488, 0.099, respectively). Analysis data showed not significantly male female except ventral upper arm (p=.001). non-invasive, fast technique opens several avenues clinical applications. are useful practice monitoring patients before after surgical interventions. can be predicted only taking ratios obtain expected normative values.
