摘要: This paper introduces an electromechanical model suitable for most piezoelectric devices, including the bimorph beams. The provides improved approach to design and analyze performance of transducers, especially in case where devices are embedded compound electronic systems. main objectives this work are: (i) develop a versatile easy-to-use transducer. proposed is based on physical properties device can be easily adapted different operating conditions using experimental data analysis; (ii) introduce scattering (S-)parameters better characterizing frequency response systems that exhibit resonant phenomena. To our knowledge, first time has been applied transducers; (iii) show functionality specific application. Results prove although does not take into account second order effects such as nonlinear behavior hysteresis, it fairly fits so used proposing precisely describing new applications sensors actuators.
