摘要: In many industries, there are applications that require the joining of stainless steel and copper components; therefore, welding dissimilar steel/copper joints is a common process. For this investigation, optimal brazing conditions suitable filler metals for laser lap were studied. Tensile shear force increases with in spot diameter or irradiation angle, which associated increased bonding width; however, as width approaches 2 mm, tensile reaches saturated value due to fracturing at HAZ Cu base plate. order obtain high strength, was optimized by using Cu–Si-based metal under following conditions: power, 4 kW; diameter, 3 mm; 80°; position shift, 0.6 mm; speed, 0.30 m/min; feed 0.30 min. Concerning metals, it found ...
