摘要: Squamous cell carcinoma of the skin is second most common cutaneous malignancy. Despite various available treatment methods and advances in noninvasive diagnostic techniques, incidence metastatic squamous rising. Deficiency effective preventive or transformed keratinocytes leads to necessity searching for new anticancer agents. The present study aims evaluate possibility using wool hydrolysates as such Commercially compounds 5-fluorouracil, ingenol mebutate, diclofenac sodium salt were also used this study. process degradation was based on chemical pre-activation enzymatic digestion wool. effect mentioned viability line healthy evaluated. obtained data show a significantly stronger selected compared commercial (p<0.05) cells. decreased cells by up 67% comparing untreated These results indicate bioactive properties hydrolysates, which affect decrease their number. We hypothesize that these agents may be topically actinic keratosis invasive cancer humans.
