摘要: Abstract Background The article describes the experience of planning and implementing transition residency program in obstetrics gynecology at Singhealth, Singapore, from a model largely based on British training principles to new accordance with ACGME-International (ACGME-I) standards. Intervention Initial steps transitioning entailed (1) identifying faculty an interest education lead various initiatives programs ensure appropriate educational role models, (2) securing adequate funding, (3) holding focus groups physicians identify opportunities for improvement system, (4) developing schedule phased implementation key features structured system.
