摘要: Abstract Ni0.5Zn0.5Fe2O4 crystals having dimensions in the range 15–29 nm have been grown within borate glass by a two-stage heat treatment temperature 873–953 K. Magnetic measurements carried out over 20–300 The maximum coercive force corresponding to 0 K, (Hco) ∼ 334 Oe, is obtained for sample containing ferrite of median diameter 15 nm. Field-cooled and zero-field-cooled magnetization data different samples are consistent with blocking temperatures extracted from variation as function temperature. magnetocrystalline anisotropy constant nanocrystalline nickel-zinc found be an order magnitude higher than that bulk material.
