摘要: Conducting films consisting of silver particles diameters ranging from 4 to 12 nm have been grown in glass-ceramic by subjecting the latter a Li+ or Ag+ exchange followed suitable reduction treatment. The DC electrical resistance these has measured over temperature range 80-300 K. resistivity data analysed terms Ziman theory electron-phonon scattering. effective Debye Theta p estimated fitting experimental Ziman's equation. is seen vary 98 192 K for particle sizes 4.3 11.0 nm. aggregates present system fractal microstructure with dimensions around 1.6 and 1.9, respectively.
