摘要: Background: Inflammatory factors are involved in the cardiac remodelling process after myocardial infarction (MI). Pronounced and sustained activation of proinflammatory is believed to enhance damage myocardium leads its dysfunction heart failure. Anti-inflammatory factors, especially interleukin-10 (IL-10), exert a protective action by reducing excessive inflammatory reactions. Aim: To asses relationship between serum levels IL-6, IL-10, CRP echocardiographic indices function patients with ST-elevated (STEMI) treated primary angioplasty. Prognostic value IL-10 predicting systolic diastolic 6 months MI was also assessed. Methods: We studied 75 aged 36-82 (28 women 47 men) presenting STEMI Blood samples for assesment were on days 3 7 (3d, 7d) 6-month follow-up (6m). Echocardiographic examination performed day during which parameters LV (LVEF, WMSI) (E/A, DT, IVRT, Ep, E/Ep) evaluated. Twenty four healthy persons served as controls. Results: Interleukin-6 consecutive measurements correlated significantly inversely LVEF (7d) The (6m) level positively (r=0.39, p=0.02; r=0.27, p=0.04). IL-6 E/A E/Ep DT Ep. (3d) (r=–0.25, p=0.04), while (r=0.36, p=0.004). Increased an independent prognostic factor (OR=1.27, OR=1.14, p=0.05) (OR=1.14, p=0.03; OR=1.05, p=0.01) MI. Conclusions: 1. A significant, correlations increased impaired indicate possible involvement these postinfarction damage. 2. acute phase predictor 3. reflects extension post-infarction lesion. 4. Maintenance days/months seems be prognostically beneficial.
