摘要: AIMS: The role of inflammation--a key factor underlying coronary artery disease (CAD) and systolic heart failure--in promotion left ventricular (LV) diastolic dysfunction has not been investigated extensively so far. aim this study was: (i) to evaluate plasma levels TNF-alpha, IL-6, IL-10 in patients with stable CAD preserved LV function (ii) assess their relationships function. METHODS: population consisted 126 single vessel 58 multivessel ejection fraction >50%, 39 healthy controls. Each participant underwent echocardiographic including estimation indices: peak velocities early (E) late (A) transmitral flows, deceleration time E wave, isovolumic relaxation time, wave (ETT) A (ATT) transit the outflow tract, flow propagation velocity (Ep). Plasma were evaluated by radioimmunometric method. RESULTS: Patients presented higher TNF-alpha IL-6 values IL-6/IL-10 TNF-alpha/IL-10 ratio than those disease. Significant correlations (all P<0.001) found for Ep (r=-0.41), E/Ep (r=0.45), ETT (r=0.38). correlated (r=-0.39) E/A (r=-0.33), whereas (r=0.37), (r=-0.44), (r=0.46). CONCLUSION: In performance, are elevated there is association between immunoinflammatory activation reflected cytokines dysfunction.
