摘要: Abstract Raw syngas pretreatment mainly includes cooling and cleanup has significant influences on the performance of integrated gasification combined cycle (IGCC) power plant. This investigation sets up IGCC system model based coal water slurry by using Thermoflex software, aiming to survey how quenching, temperature variation hot desulfurization will affect as well energy distribution an The validity was verified simulating well-known commercial Tampa Polk plant via comparing calculation results with reference data. Then four cases plants adopting different raw conditions were simulated model. Calculation indicated that, base case, quenching increase 50 °C in both caused larger loss condensate water, leading 7% 0.4% decrease net efficiency. On contrary, promoted gas turbine output prevented resulting a rise efficiency 1.3%. Based detailed analyses, it is concluded that reasonable route should be essentially beneficial reduce exergy irreversible heat transfer processes during cleanup.
