摘要: To better understand the predator-prey relationship and to compare predation rates, we studied life table rate of predator Eocanthecona furcellata Wolff (Hemiptera: Pentatomidae) when reared on two major crucifer pests, Spodoptera litura (F.) (Lepidoptera: Noctuidae) Plutella xylostella L. Plutellidae). The net reproductive rate, intrinsic increase, finite rates E. P. were 292.4 offspring, 0.1389 d(-1), 1.1490 644.1 third instars xylostella, respectively. These values are significantly higher than those S. litura, i.e., 272.3 0.1220 1.1298 863.1 litura. evaluate potential fed combined both growth calculate (ω); our results showed that is an effective (ω = 1.6029) 1.4277).
