摘要: Bleeding after cardiopulmonary bypass remains a significant problem for the cardiac surgeon. In addition to surgically-induced bleeding, major cause of loss blood is an acquired coagulopathy. Impaired function, produced either by mechanical effect or influence hemostatic activation platelets during bypass, main postoperative bleeding. The tendency towards bleeding in infants and neonates additionally influenced type operation, those with cyanotic heart disease demonstrating increased Most procedures are more complex than adults, many reoperations necessary, particularly if primary correction not possible. Furthermore, perfusion cooling mostly different from used adults. operations regularly performed using deep hypothermia circulatory arrest, which may further impair function platelets. Yet low temperatures on hemostasis, without still unclear, since immature system coagulation contribute impaired hemostasis.
