摘要: Laminins are important in tumor invasion and metastasis as well maintenance of normal epithelial cell structures. However, mutation status laminin chain-encoding genes remains unknown cancers. Aim this study was to explore whether chain mutated expressionally altered gastric (GC) colorectal cancers (CRC). In a public database, we found that LAMA1, LAMA3, LAMB1 LAMB4 had mononucleotide repeats the coding sequences might be targets with microsatellite instability (MSI). We analyzed 88 GC 139 CRC [high MSI (MSI-H) or stable MSI/low (MSS/MSI-L)] by single strand conformation polymorphism analysis DNA sequencing. present study, (11.8% 7.6% MSI-H), LAMA3 (2.9% 2.5 LAMA1 (5.9% MSI-H) frameshift mutations (1.3% MSI-H). These were not MSS/MSI-L (0/114). also expression immunohistochemistry. Loss identified 17–32% CRC. Of note, loss more common those MSI-H. Our data show LAMB4, may features
