摘要: The cellular environment of the spinal motoneuron during development nervous system is particularly complex. Its cell body and dendrites, enveloped by central glia within cord, receive many presynaptic afferents, while axon, its growth into periphery, crosses several different tissues before contacting myoblasts in differentiating muscle masses itself being myelinated. It conceivable that all these types play a role regulating differentiation embryogenesis.
