摘要: The setup for Simultaneous Triple Radiation Mossbauer Spectroscopy (STRMS) is described. arrangement allows an independent and simultaneous recording of conversion electron spectra (CEMS) X-ray (CXMS), both in backscattering geometry, and-in addition-of γ-ray absorption transmission (TMS). Due to the different escape or penetration ranges three radiations involved, give information on phases, depth orientation. From a practical point view counter γ-rays, X-rays electrons must be separated shielded minimize mutual perturbation.
