摘要: Propofol lipid emulsion (PLE) is a nanosized sedative, and it used with combination of salted antalgic prodrug, fentanyl citrate (FC). To illustrate the synergistic effect mixing, we compared sedation/analgesia resulting from simultaneous sequential administration in surgically induced abortion (No. ChiCTR-IPC-15006153). Simultaneous group showed lower bispectral index, blood pressure, heart rate, when cannula was inserted into uterus. It also less frequency hypertension, sinus tachycardia, movement, pain at injection site, additional FC. Therefore, premixing PLE FC enhanced sedation analgesia; stabilized hemodynamics; lessened incidence movement pain; reduced requirement drugs.
