摘要: The development of a comprehensive vaccine against meningococcal disease has been challenging. Recent developments in molecular genetics have provided both explanations for these challenges and possible solutions. Since genome sequence data became available there marked increase number protein antigens that suggested as prospective components. This review catalogues the proposed candidates examines evidence their inclusion potential formulations.
