摘要: Purpose We aimed to characterize pharmacologically the TSPO- radioligand [18F]DPA-714 in brain of healthy cynomolgus monkeys and evaluate cellular origin its binding a model neurodegeneration induced by intrastriatal injection quinolinic acid (QA).
