摘要: The article dwells upon the various strategies for prevention of thromboembolic events in patients with atrial fibrillation. main focus is put on endovascular tromboembolism. In recent years, fibrillation, who have contraindications to oral anticoagulant therapy, are increasingly gaining popularity and find evidence its safety thromboembolism. AF a high risk bleeding most interesting category studying. large studies confirm effectiveness non-drug as compared therapy these patients.
