摘要: Tunable ultraviolet (UV) pulses shorter than 10 fs are generated by achromatic frequency doubling the output of a noncollinear optical parametric amplifier. We achieve first and second order phase matching with suitable two-prism sequence thereby increase natural bandwidth nonlinear crystal factor 80. Extremely broad UV spectra Fourier limit 2.9 in 360 µm thick BBO at conversion efficiency 20 %. The angular dispersion chirp highly stable is compensated prism sequence. By controlling higher deformable mirror we generate as short 7.1 fs.
